Fast dispatch! All orders are shipped out Monday- Friday within 24 hours of purchase

How are orders sent? All orders are sent via a FREE tracked service from our global shipping network in USA, Asia and UK. 

How long will my order take to arrive? Shipping is expedited and can take 1 business day from being dispatched. Global shipping can take 3-6 business days. 

What if my order doesn’t arrive? Don’t worry! If your order gets lost in the mail we can resend the product or reimburse the customer. 

Can I track my order? Yes! All customers are provided with a tracking number which will show updates once delivery is in progress. 

Can I change my delivery address? You can do this prior to dispatch. As most orders are dispatched the same day, we would recommend calling us on (+44) 0203 859 7333. 

Please note: Occasionally items may be delayed and in less cases, lost in transit. In this event, the customer is entitled to a refund or resent product.

Refunds & Returns

For returned goods, we offer a replacement or refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition. Any returned products that are used or opened will not qualify for a refund.

​To receive a refund, you must inform us of any issues within 14 days of receiving the item/s. If you wish to return the item, please do so within 14 days of receiving it. 

If you are not happy with the results from using the product, the manufacturer offers a satisfaction guarantee with which details can be found on the packaging of the item.

We must receive the returned item first before we can reimburse the buyer. We cannot provide a refund for an item that is in transit.

Incorrect Details Policy

Customers need to make sure their personal details are entered correctly when ordering. This includes your shipping address and email address. We may have trouble getting your parcel to you if your address is incorrect. Please double check your details before completing your order. 

What happens if my parcel is shipped with an incorrect address? The postal company will return the parcel to us, in which case we can resend your product as soon as we are provided with the correct shipping address.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email or tracking number? To successfully receive this information, your email address needs to be 100% correct. Please double check your email address before completing your order. 

Customs

International orders will need to pass through customs before they reach the customer. Occasionally items may be held in customs due to a number of reasons, however most orders will pass through with no issues. Customers need to make sure their address is correct to ensure their order passes through customs quickly. We do not have any control over delays in the destination country’s customs office.
